    In fulfilment of the obligation to provide information as indicated in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, OJ. EU L 119/1 of 04 May 2016, hereinafter: “GDPR”), we would like to inform you that your personal data are processed by the personal data controller – CAGEN spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Luboń at 41 Westerplatte Street, 62-030 Luboń, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7773225590, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 000420530 ( hereinafter referred to as: CAGEN”).     Cagen processes your personal data in order to: send you an answer to the enquiry sent via the contact form.

    The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is: consent granted pursuant to Article 23(1)(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended) or Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

    In connection with the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated above, your personal data are not shared with other entities.

    Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to answer the enquiry sent via the contact form, but no longer than 3 months.

    In relation to Cagen’s processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: the right to access the content of that data, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectify that data, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to erase that data, in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to restrict the processing of that data, pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to the transfer of data pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, the right to object to the processing of that data, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR.

    Definitions used in this document mean:

    (a) Administrator – the entity providing services electronically under the name CAGEN spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, 41 Westerplatte Street, 62-030 Luboń, Poland,

    b) Website – the Internet website operated under the address WWW.CAGEN.PL by the Administrator,

    c) User – an end user or subscriber within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800 as amended).

    In fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law, the manner of storing information or gaining access to information already stored in the User’s terminal equipment is indicated below. Through the information contained herein, the User is informed of:

    a) the purpose of storing and gaining access this information,

    b) the possibility for the User to determine the conditions for storing or gaining access to this information by means of the settings of the software installed in the telecommunications terminal equipment used by the User or the configuration of the service.

    Information stored on the User’s terminal equipment (so-called cookies).

    The website operated by the Administrator uses cookies. Cookies are understood as portions of information stored in text form, sent by the server on which the Website is located and stored in the memory of the User’s terminal equipment.

    Other information accessed by the Website

    The Website stores HTTP requests directed to the server. This means that the Administrator is in possession of information about the public IP address from which the User gains access to the content on the Website. The resources viewed are identified by their URL addresses.  The server also collects information about:

    1) the time of arrival of the request,

    2) the time of sending the response,

    3) the name of the client’s station – identification carried out through the HTTP protocol,

    4) information about errors which occurred during the HTTP transaction,

    5) the URL of the webpage previously visited by the user – in the event that access to the Website was made via a link, information about the user’s browser.

    The aforementioned data are not assigned to specific personal data of the User and are stored for an indefinite period of time as supporting material for the administration of the Website and statistical purposes. The information contained therein is confidential material and is not passed on to other persons or entities.
